Since this is my second try at this journal, I figured I'll replace the old introduction with an updated one. To be honest, the only reason I opened a new journal is that I didn't want to discuss my weight issues at my main journal. Because this journal will be about weight issues, oh yes.
I'm 20 years old, my height is about 170 cm and I weight around 96 kg. One kilo less than my previous starting weight during my first attempt at losing weight here. Last time I lost quite a bit of weight, before a plateau and my creeping bad habits broke me and I've gained it all back but one on the course of three months.
Well, what's changed this time? I've finished my military service and have a once in a lifetime opportunity where I'm not bound by anything or anyone. I've decided to dedicate the next few months primarily to living better. I'm starting at the gym tomorrow, April 12, and made a vow to myself to work harder than I've ever worked in my life. I have faith in myself this time, and believe I can pull this off.
So what content will this journal have? You won't hear much about my personal life. There will be food and exercise logs, healthy recipes, links to useful sites and anything else I can think of. Also, I'll be posting pictures of my progress in friend locked posts - No mean comment, no trolling, I have enough body image issues as it is. They're just posted so I have visual evidence of my progress.
