Basically this is a weight loss journal. Every week I'll post my stats and a progress reports, along with pictures of how I look at this stage. The pictures are friends only so you can send me a friend request if you want to see them (just send me a note, I'll approve fellow dieters and the like)
Besides this, I'll post links, books recommendations, recipes, and anything related to weight and fitness issues.
